Since the establishment in 1992, Shanghai LongiLat Architectural Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd. has passed over 20 years relying on the tenet of “superior building”. In these 20 years “LongiLat” develop from a company with 2 employees in to a modern technology enterprise with excellent design team.

At present “LongiLat” owns many professional certificates such as building engineering design A level certificate, urban and rural planning A level certificate, landscape design B level certificate, China contract foreign projects certificate. Meanwhile “LongiLat” is the member unit of many architectural associations, institutes and publications such as Shanghai Architectural Association, Shanghai Urban and Rural Planning Association, Shanghai Green Building Promotion Association, China Health Economics Association, Shanghai Yangpu Design Enterprise Asoociation, “Planner” Magazine, “Residential Quarter Technology” magazine, “Shanghai urban and rural planning” magazine and etc.

LongiLat Architectural Design & Research Institute always keeps innovation philosophy and management system. On the basis of professional talent team and constant upgrade enterprise strength, we have expanded our business scope into many fields as architectural design, urban and rural planning, interior decoration design, landscape design, landscape architecture design, urban development consultant and real estate development. In 2010 we registered LDG in Los Angeles under the approval of Commerce Department and Building Department. Therefore our cooperation with America, Japan, Spain and Hungary has been developed and effective achievements have been completed.

In recent years, we established 14 branch offices in Suzhou, Chonqing, Hangzhou, Sichuan and other cities and regions.
In 2011 we established “Shanghai LongiLat Green Building Research and Development Center”.
In January 2012, we established LongiLat Municipal Administration Design and Research Institute.
In November 2012, we established Municipal Administration Design and Research branch institute.

In 2002 we passed ISO9001 authentication and realized Autodesk application in 2006. We achieved big promotion and development in international standard quality system establishment, information management system application, company design quality and technical level aspects.

We always keep high degree high degree on professional academic research. In recent years we won many patens certificate issued by State Intellectual Property Office. And our research reports were widely applied in practical engineering projects.

In addition we pay highly attention on talent cultivation. Nowadays we own about 400 architectural talents including national top grade registered architect, registered planner, senior engineers and so on.

For better life, we established Shanghia “LongiLat” Urban Development Consulting Co., Ltd and Shanghai Architecutural Middle and Small enterprise Innovation Service Co., Ltd to promote the health development of small enterprises.

In 2008 we invest millions to build Nanfeng Shanghai LongiLat Hope School in Poor regions of Nanfeng County of Jiangxi Province and we signed “Co-establishing memo” to subsidize funds.
